Hi, I’m Claudia — lifelong crocheter, busy mum of three, and founder of Mouse & Sparrow.
I picked up a crochet hook when I was seven. But it wasn't until I became a mum — juggling three kids, work, and the general beautiful chaos of family life — that I understood what making something with your hands actually does for you.
Crochet became my calm. A way to reset, create, and feel like myself again, even on the busiest days.
And somewhere along the way, the things I was making started to change my home. Not in a grand, expensive way — but stitch by stitch, corner by corner, my home started to feel like mine. The colours I chose, the textures I picked up on a whim, the basket on the kitchen counter that I made on a Sunday afternoon — all of it added up to something that no shop could have given me.
That's what I want for you too.
