Cancellation Policy

To secure your place at one of my workshops, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with all the workshop details. If you need to cancel, you can do so via the cancellation link in your confirmation email or by contacting me directly at hello@mouseandsparrow.com.

• Cancellations: If you cancel at least 72 hours before the workshop, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed promptly, but please allow up to 7 business days for the payment to appear in your account.

• Late cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop cannot be refunded, as materials and venue costs will already have been committed.

• If I cancel: In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund.

Thank you for understanding — as a small business, I purchase materials in advance based on bookings, and last-minute cancellations do have a big impact.
